We currently ship within Australia and internationally. Please note that additional customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. This includes preparing your items for shipment and ensuring that everything is in perfect condition before it leaves our studio. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer, but we will keep you updated on any delays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method chosen at checkout:

- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (Australia)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be offered on orders over $180
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Lost or Damaged Items
While we take great care in packaging your order, items may sometimes be lost or damaged during transit. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Delivery Issues
If there are any issues with your delivery, such as incorrect addresses or missed deliveries, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you in resolving these issues.
Return Policy
At Vini Designs, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your rights in the case of faulty products or services.
Australian Consumer Law Rights
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for products with a major fault. If the product does not meet acceptable quality standards, such as being defective, damaged, or unfit for its intended purpose, we will gladly offer a solution.
Change of Mind
Please choose your products carefully, as we do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, we may offer store credit or exchange at our discretion, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with the original packaging intact within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us for approval prior to sending any items back.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@vinidesigns.com with:
- A description of the fault or damage.
- Photographic evidence of the issue.
- Your order number.
Once we assess the issue, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as required by law. Please note that we may request you return the item for further assessment before proceeding with a remedy.
Return Process

- Returns must be sent via a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for faulty or damaged items as required by Australian Consumer Law. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Sale items or items marked as “final sale.”
- Gift cards.
Shipping Costs
In the case of a faulty product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For other returns, such as exchanges (if offered), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
